Aaron M. Kennedy is an equity partner with Stark Miller Financial Benefits Group. He has an established history of working closely with business owners in the areas of employee benefits, qualified retirement plans and succession planning. Aaron is an Investment Advisor Representative.
Jason Pera, CFP®
As a Certified Financial Planner, Jason Pera conducts investment reviews for the firm’s qualified plan clients, presents at enrollment meetings, and runs on-going employee education seminars. He also actively works with employees planning their retirement income goals.

Firm History
Stark Miller Financial Benefits Group dates back to 1967, when founder Alfred Nelson began establishing retirement programs in hospitals across California. In 1974 C. Allen Stark was brought in as a partner with Mr. Nelson and acquired the firm in 1986. Bruce Miller joined the firm in 1988. Mr. Stark and Mr. Miller entered into a partnership in 1990 and formed Stark Miller Associates. Mr. Stark retired as a partner in 1996. The firm was reorganized in 2005 with two additional partners, Marc LaRhette and Aaron Kennedy establishing Stark Miller Financial Benefits Group.
