Marc T. LaRhette

Marc LaRhette is a Partner with Stark Miller Financial Benefits Group. He has over 25 years of experience specializing in group retirement plans and has worked with virtually every type of plan, both Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit, over his career. He has multiple certifications that demonstrate his commitment to serving Plan Sponsors and Participants as the trusted adviser to their retirement plan, including the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) certifications. One way he keeps up to date on the latest trends, regulations and opportunities in employee benefits Is through the extensive continuing education requirements of his certifications.

Marc is passionate about working with his plan sponsor clients to maximize the value of their qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, make sure employees understand the valuable benefit they provide and help employees take the right steps to plan for a comfortable retirement. He speaks fluent Spanish and has used his language skills to help plan sponsor clients draft employee communications and deliver enrollment meetings in Spanish.

Outside of work, Marc enjoys hiking with his wife Alicia and dog Charlie, and supporting his two sons Cooper & Finn to do their best in school and in life. He has volunteered with a number of local organizations, including the Northern California Chapter of Employee Benefits Specialists, Boy Scouts and his boys’ sports teams & school activities.
